distinguished service award

The Indiana Section Distinguished Service Award was initiated in 1993 to honor a member of the Section by acknowledging his or her extraordinary contributions to the Section and outstanding efforts consistent with the stated purposes of the Mathematical Association of America and the Section, namely, assisting in promoting the interests of, and improving education in, the mathematical sciences in America, especially at the collegiate level.

 The Indiana Section of the MAA congratulates the following members who have previously been selected for the Distinguished Service Award:

Nominations for the 2025 Distinguished Service Award will be accepted through January 15, 2025. If you wish to nominate an individual for this award, please send a letter (or e-mail) of nomination and support to anyone on the Service Award Selection Committee. The Service Award Selection Committee's selection for the 2025 award, if any, will be announced at the Section's Spring 2025 Meeting.
